We are actively seeking new Board members! If you are a parent of a USD-266 student, a USD-266 alumnus, or simply a member of the Maize community that would like to help, please contact us about serving on the Maize Education Foundation Board of Directors. There are many ways to help besides being a board member if you have some time or talent to devote to improving the education of Maize students.

We need volunteers from the community to be on our Golf Tournament committee. If you have experience with golf tournaments, fundraisers in general, or just want to help, please contact us ASAP!

The Third Annual Partners for Progress Golf Tournament -- Sunday, September 25, 2011

On Sunday, September 25, 2011 enjoy a great day of golfing at the award-winning Sand Creek Station Golf Course in Newton, KS while winning prizes and helping the Maize Educational Foundation. This will be a four-person scramble with a shotgun start. Your team entry and participation make it possible. Please consider adding your company’s name to the list of sponsors. Thanks to everyone who helped make the 2009 MEF Golf Tournament a rousing success!

Partners for Progress hosted a fundraising golf tournament on Sunday, September 27, 2009. The event took place at the award-winning Sand Creek Station Golf Course in Newton, KS.

Partners for Progress funds the Bookmobile, Summer Art and Foreign Language Academy, and grants to schools for the enrichment of student learning in the Maize School District. Every penny we raise influences student success through these educational programs. In the face of state budget cuts, your support is more important than ever.

Barn Bash 2008

BBflyer The PFP-MEF Barn Bash Art Auction held on November 7, 2008 was a great success. Thanks to all who participated! We raised over $20,000 to benefit the students of Maize USD-266.

A standing ovation, please, for Amber Casement and ALL the volunteer committee members who gave such a hurculean effort to make it all happen in grand fashion!

And of course, thank you to all who bid so generously at the silent and live auctions. Your donations were outstanding, especially in these difficult economic times.

There will not be a Art Auction this year. Instead, find your golf clubs (and checkbooks!) and help us make the golf tournament a success! If you have been working on your magnum opus artwork for the next auction, don't despair! We can auction it at the golf tournament! And we will need some golf prizes...
